What to expect as a Customer Guarentee

(And what you can do for us so we can serve you better)

  1. We guarantee that the price quoted will be the price you pay. Unless You add a change or there is an agreed upon unforeseen problem that needs to be addressed (example: rot behind the drywall , or a broken toilet flange, that we could not see at time of estimate)

 


What we will do for you as a Customer

  2. We begin work promptly at 7:am and finish at generally 3:30 (unless a natural work break occurs)
  3. We hope to be able to post our company sign on the job
  4. We will work on only your job daily until finished
  5. If the job requires, we may work overtime daily or Saturdays.
  6. We will install drop cloths on all traffic areas at start of each day (except on non carpeted wood stairs)
  7. We will always work over a drop cloth (unless unsafe)
  8. We will clean up at the end of each work day and attempt to keep your life as normal as possible
  9. We will use special exhaust fans to vent demo dust out of the site (only if a window is present)
  10. We will need a space to store your fixtures if necessary
  11. We will need a space to store our daily tools
  12. We will remove all debris from site to dumpster daily
  13. We will require a space to put our debris dumpster
  14. We will require access to electricity, water and heating to complete each job
  15. We will need access to the water main shut off and the electrical breaker panel
  16. We want to hear your opinions and grievances at all times (this is a team effort and we want you to be happy)
  17. We will expect You, the Customer, to inspect the job each day, ask questions and be engaged in making sure the work is proceeding to your satisfaction.
  18. We expect You to notify us immediately (personally or by phone) if the work is not to your liking, not as agreed on or if any problem whatever connected to the job are evident.
  19. We will be reasonable and very flexible in making ANY changes you require as long as you are aware that some changes involve extra time and cost. You will only be charged for changes with your prior consent.
  20. We will be happy to choose colors and fixtures for you if you want us to as long as you abide by #16 and #19 if you are unhappy with our choices.
  21. We will ask for a first 1/3 payment at signing of contract
  22. We will ask for a 1/3 payment at the approximate middle (Usually around drywall phase)
  23. We will ask for a final 1/3 payment on day of completion (if some work remains, like a shower door, we will negotiate an appropriate remaining balance until completed)
  24. We guarantee all our workmanship for one year from the Day we leave the job, and you sign a completion slip.
  25. All fixtures are supported individually by their factory guarantees and warranties.
